Colombia Bueasaquito
Jose is a second-generation coffee grower. His uncle started harvesting commercial coffee on his farm, Loma Linda. In 1994, he sold the farm, and the new owners changed the name to El Paraiso and kept growing coffee. Jose was friends with the new owners, and when they put it on sale in 2009, Jose bought the farm back but kept the new name. He kept harvesting regular varieties and planted other ones like Geisha in 2011. He did 150 hours of anaerobic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks at 18oC and 48 hours more of anaerobic fermentation in a sun-shaded drying beds to get the best flavour of this coffee.
